Please choose a hospital and the services you would like for your pet from our list and call Spay Today at 304-728-8330. If you would like to schedule an appointment for your pet, please be prepared to provide your payment information when you call. We are open Tuesdays through Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m

How It Works

To set up an appointment you must contact Spay Today to set up payment arrangements.  You pay Spay Today, we set the appointment and we will go over the pre-surgery instructions with you.

Important Notes

 

  • Pets should be picked up between 6pm and 8pm.  Surgeries are performed early in the day , and pets should be recovered by 4 pm. However, please call to be sure pet is ready to be released. Records will be ready by 6 pm, however , leaving pet in-hospital until nearly closing time will allow Veterinarian to observe for a more optimum time.
  • Anything not covered on voucher will be charged at full price and must be paid to BRVA at time of patient discharge.
  • Additional charges will apply and must be paid directly to BRVA upon release if: your dog weighs more than indicated on voucher, your pet is found to be pregnant, in heat, or a cryptorchid upon the start of surgery, pre anesthetic bloodwork is needed, an IV catheter needs to be placed, to go home pain medications are chosen, and/or an overnight stay is needed.
  • Pet may be dropped off the evening before surgery for an additional boarding fee. Please arrange this directly with BRVA.

Requirements

 

  • Drop off between 7am – 9am.
  • DO NOT withhold food or water from rabbit.
  • Check with BRVA for withholding of food/water for Rats, Ferrets, and Chinchillas
